3. Review and Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

If the user believes the content was removed in error, they may submit a Counter-Notification as described below.


4. Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe that the removed content is not infringing or that you have the legal right to use it, you may send a Counter-Notification to us.

Your Counter-Notification must include:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, including its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country of residence (or the jurisdiction where ureadx.com operates).
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notification, we may restore the removed content unless the copyright owner files a legal action within 10 business days.
